Fuji at Assembly

Very good sushi and udon. They also have very good seaweed salad and give a lot of it. A great stop before going shopping or stopping at the movies. The seafood udon and sushi regular are musts.

Large, clean, sleek dining area with a bar as well that has a good amount of seating. The sushi and drinks we got were really good. Went with spicy tuna, scorpion maki, rainbow maki, and the highlander maki. The spicy tuna and rainbow maki were highlights for me.The peach whiskey smash was excellent. Overall cool ambiance and our server was attentive and very friendly. Service was really good, though we were in for lunch and it wasn't very busy. Only real complaint is that it's a tad expensive for what you're getting.

Nice sushi spot in Assembly. Nice atmosphere & friendly staff. Great miso soup. the sushi was very good- beautiful presentation. The wasabi was super zangy- great flavor! Overall it was a little on the pricey side but well worth it
